This set was issued in 2000 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of High Knoll,
the 50th anniversary of Camp Powhatan, and the 85th anniversary
of scouting in the Blue Ridge Mountains Council area.
Emblems highlighted in red were sold at both camps.
The pocket patches are either regular issue, staff or a trader patch.
We are researching which designation goes with each border color.
